User Agreement

 

“Account” means the gaming account opened by a User with the Company, on which funds are deposited by a Player for the purpose of making use of the Services offered on the Website;

 

“Bets” – Any amount of funds of the Account, valued against the unknown outcome of a specific Game on the Website.

 

“Bonus Balance” – The amount of funds located in the Player Account under a section named “Bonus Balance” where the bonus funds are held until all the requirements for completion of the Bonus have been fulfilled.

 

“Bonus Terms” shall refer to the General Bonus Terms and Conditions available on the Website.

 

“Bonus winnings” means winning made from bonuses, which can be used to play particular non-jackpot games (if not specify explicitly otherwise).

 

“Bonus” includes all rewards, which are not Winnings received through wagering on Games, but are received via participation in a Promotion offered on the Website, including but not limited to any bonus money, free spins, and cashback bonuses;

 

”Cash balance” – the amount of real money deposited by the Player on Tuzoca, alongside with the winnings originating from the bets placed, using the Player’s money are located in the “Cash balance” section on the Player’s Account.

 

“Company Employees” means any and all officers, directors, employees, consultants or agents or any other company within our group of companies or our suppliers, vendors engaged by the Company, for the entire period of their engagement and 36 (thirty-six) months thereafter;

 

“Company” means Playes PLC, having its registered address at Level 3, Tower Business Center, Tower Street, Swatar BKR4013, Malta, with company registration number C89276 and operating under a licences granted by the Directorate General for the Regulation of Gambling

 

“Deposit” means any funds transferred by a Player from their payment account to the gaming Account on the Website;

 

“Duplicate Account” shall have the meaning set out in Section 2.1(e) hereof;

 

“Games” shall mean the Random Number Generated games and any other games, for which the Operator has the license to provide to the Players on Tuzoca.

 

“General Regulatory obligations” shall refer to any wider legal and regulatory obligations with which the Company is required to comply, including but not limited to anti-money laundering and fraud prevention obligations.

 

“Tuzoca” – Tuzoca is operated by Playes PLC, having its registered address at Level 3, Tower Business Center, Tower Street, Swatar BKR4013, Malta, with company registration number C89276 and operating under a Licence granted by the Directorate General for the Regulation of Gambling, herein referred to as “Tuzoca“ and/or the “Operator”.

 

“Intensive players” are those players who have incurred weekly net losses of EUR 600 or more for three weeks in a row. In cases where they are young participants, the weekly net losses shall be equal to or greater than EUR 200 per week for three weeks in a row.

c. Singular License (Slot Machines) issued on July 12, 2019, LSIN/00209;
d. Singular License(Roulette) issued on March 03, 2022, RLT/2021/041.

 

“Player funds account” an account held by the operator with a licensed credit, financial and, or payment institution in which player funds are kept;

 

“Player” is any participant with an active Account on Tuzoca, meeting the applicable terms and conditions (ID and age verifications, other applicable conditions for using the Account).

 

“Players at risk” are those players that have been identified as players, which may suffer harmful consequences, following the performed Players risk assessment, based on the Player’s gambling patterns.

 

“Politically Exposed Person” or “PEP” shall have the meaning set out in the Money Laundering, Terrorist Financing and Transfer of Funds (Information on the Payer) Regulations 2017 (Directive (EU) 2015/849);

 

“Prohibited Practice” shall have the meaning set out in Section 4 hereof;

 

“Promotion Time” the time for which the Promotion will be available for the Players to use before its expiration. The Wagering requirements must be fulfilled withing the Promotion Time. 

 

“Promotion” – any bonuses or incentives provided by the Operator for the use of the Player, whereby a Promotional Terms and Conditions apply for its use. For the purposes of this document, Promotion is interchangeable with “Bonus”.

 

“Promotion” means any promotional offer welcome offers, free spins/rounds offers and/or any other ad hoc promotions available on our website from time.

 

“Promotional Terms and Conditions” are the specific Bonus/Promotion requirements that are outlined within each of the available Bonuses on Tuzoca, containing the mandatory content, as per the applicable legislation.

 

“Random Number Generator (RNG)” means an algorithmic method of generating random Game outcomes;

 

“Self-banned and Self-excluded player” a Player who has requested to be banned from participating in gambling activities by registering with the General Register of Gaming Access Bans or requesting to for their Account on a specific gambling website to be restricted.

 

“Services” means any and all services provided by the Company on the Website, including but not limited to the making available of all Games, the granting of Bonuses, and any ancillary services thereto;

 

“Software” means the software used by the Company and allowing you to access Services made available on the Website;

 

“Wagering” – The total value of bets a Player must place on the Game within the Promotion Time, in order for the Bonus to be allowed to be withdrawn from the Bonus Balance.

 

“Website” means the website operated by the Company under the domain name “tuzoca.es” and on which the present User Agreement is made available. In addition to the website, the Company may offer its service through alternative platforms such as mobile phone gambling platform/mobile application available on Google and/or Apple store ;

 

“Winnings” means any additional amounts accumulated by a Player through the placing and wagering of a Bet on a Game;

 

“Wins” – The prize won on betting in a Game, the amount of which is based on the specific terms and conditions of each Game.

 

“Young players” Players aged 25 years or under.
